NOW ACCEPTING BOARD NOMINATIONS

Nominations are now open for Board of Directors positions. To nominate an individual for one of these voting positions, please fill out the following Google form. All nominations must be received by 11:59 p.m. on March 29, 2026. Nominees must be at least 18 years of age or older and in good standing with all STMAYHA applicable rules, policies, and guidelines to qualify. *Per STMAYHA's Bylaws, to qualify as a nominee for an Executive Board position (President and Vice President of Finance), a nominee must have served a minimum of 1 year on the Board of Directors, in a coordinator position, or on a committee. In the event, however, there is no qualified nominee for one or both of the Executive Board positions, the Board may open nominations for one or both positions to the general membership.

All qualified nominees for voting positions will be notified and asked to complete a questionnaire to be shared with the entire membership prior to the Annual Meeting. Our Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs community room at the STMA Arena. Please note that we will be hosting an electronic Board of Directors election. More information will be provided at a later date.
