Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
JR Gold
Players who leave the season early may be entitled to a refund or they may still have an amount due. The final amount will be calculated as amounts paid through the date of separation less the player’s share of costs incurred to date. Costs incurred to date consist of, but are not limited to: Preseason skills and tryouts, Skills, Ice Time, Referee Fees, District Fees, Tournaments attended, Scrimmages, Coaching, Admin Expense, and Equipment Expense. A positive remaining balance will be refunded and a negative remaining balance will be billed to the parents.
LEARN TO SKATE
Thank you for registering for STMAYHA's Learn to Skate Program. There is no pro-rating of registration fees for missed classes and no refunds once sessions start unless approved by the Mite Director.
MITE / U8 TEAMS
