Tryout Details
The 2026–27 Travel Hockey Tryout Schedule is available below. Families can review the current dates, times, groups, and sessions for their player’s level.
Players should plan to be available for all tryout dates associated with their level. As tryouts progress, players may be assigned to different pools or sessions based on the evaluation process, and not every player will skate during every session listed for their level. Updated pool and session assignments will be communicated to families throughout tryouts.
Additional information regarding player assignments, check-in procedures, evaluation format, and other important tryout instructions will be communicated to families.

Tryout Schedule

Arrival: Skaters should arrive 45 minutes before their Day 1 session and 30 minutes before all remaining sessions. Groups on Day 1 are based on last name. 15U goalies begin evaluations on September 26, one week before the skater skills sessions.
*Official assignments will be emailed out. If you have not received your assignment by 9/22 at 10:00 AM CST, please email tryoutlead@stmayha.org.

- AM Scrimmage | 9:00–10:15 AM
- 9:00–9:35 AM Team 1 Red v Team 2 Grey
- 9:40–10:15 AM Team 3 Red v Team 4 Grey
- PM Scrimmage | 2:00–3:15 PM
- 2:00–2:35 PM Team 1 Red v Team 4 Grey
- 2:40–3:15 PM Team 3 Red v Team 2 Grey
Top 6 skaters are finalized on the 15u A Team and ranks 7-24 will skate in Day 3
Day 3 Sunday, October 11
- Final Evaluation Game | 2:00–3:15 PM
