Parent Registration


Parents must register with STMAYHA each season to submit their USA Hockey number.

Background Check

USA Hockey requires all parents/guardians, coaches and volunteers to complete a background check every 2 years. To determine if you are current on your background check click here.

To complete a background study for the 2024 through 2026 season click here.

SafeSport Education

SafeSport education is required by USA Hockey for any volunteer or parent/guardian of STMAYHA hockey players.

SafeSport education must be completed annually. SafeSport will notify you 30 days before your courses expire. It is the responsibility of each parent and/or coach to remain in good standing with USA Hockey standards.
