ANNUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

STMAYHA's 2026 general election will be conducted exclusively by electronic vote through ElectionBuddy, an Internet-based online voting system. Electronic voting will occur from April 5th, 2026, through April 12th, 2026. No votes will be accepted after the voting window has closed. 

Once the voting window opens, a voter notice on how to access the electronic ballot will be sent via email and SMS Message to all eligible members at the email addresses and phone numbers on file from the 2024-25 Parent Registration. Should you not receive the voter notice and feel you should have, please first verify that you completed the 2025-26 Volunteer (formerly) Parent Registration and then reach out to the Election Committee via email at elections2026@stmayha.org.

Results will be announced during the Annual Meeting on Monday, April 13th, at 7 p.m. in the community room at the STMA Arena.
