2023-24 PARENT & COACH REGISTRATION

All parents and/or guardians in a child's household(s), coaches and/or volunteers (Travel and Mite) MUST complete Parent/Coach Registration via the above link.

Parent/Coach Registration requires a unique USA Hockey Number to each individual. You may register as a volunteer/manager at no cost. If you are unsure if you will be coaching the next season, you may update to the paid coaches registration at a later time.

Annual Parent Registration with STMAYHA is required because:

1. How we identify members eligible for annual meeting/voting
2. This is how we identify through USA Hockey to obtain

• Completed Background Screens
• Completed SafeSport Training

All parents and/or guardians in a child's household(s), coaches and/or volunteers who actively participate in their players team must complete a background study bi-annually and SafeSport Core Instruction or Refresher course annually. This includes but is not limited to parents who volunteer, attend out of town tournaments, carpool, complete team volunteering, enter the locker room (travel and/or mites) or participate in any other team sanctioned event and hold a position of authority over minors at any time during the season.

SafeSport education must be completed annually by completing either the full initial courses or assigned refresher courses. SafeSport educations remains valid for one calendar year. USA Hockey will contact you 30 days prior to your training expiry date with a reminder and access to your annual assigned courses. There may be multiple modules to complete. If you do not complete your SafeSport prior to your expiry date, you will not be eligible to volunteer until you complete your training. STMAYHA expects parents to comply with timely completion of the requirements to remain eligible volunteers and/or members for the season.
