PeeWee and Bantam Body Contact and Checking Clinic

Body contact and body checking are key parts of this fast and exhilarating game of hockey, and it’s critical to be able to give and receive contact without worrying about the potential for injury. Minnesota Hockey in partnership with STMAYHA coaches will be leading body contact and checking clinics for PeeWee and Bantam players at the STMA Arena on Tuesday, September 21st. These clinics will train your game so that you have the skills and confidence to play to the best of your abilities in tight, physical situations while also reducing the likelihood of injury.

Coaches will focus on developing key skills including angling, positioning, technique, awareness and many more. A maximum of 30 participants per session will be allowed and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Clinics will have a low player to coach ratio in order to facilitate one-on-one interactions.

Players should register for the level they will play during the 2021-22 season.

PeeWee Session @ 5:15-6:45 p.m. $25 cost

Bantam Session @ 7:00-9:15 p.m. $40 cost
