Complete Parent Registration

If you haven't completed Parent Registration, please do so ASAP. This needs to be completed along with your background screening and SafeSport training before your player is rostered. To ensure completion follow:

1. Register with USA Hockey to get your 2023-24 USA Hockey Number.

2. Complete STMAYHA's Parent Registration.

3. Check the status of your background screening and SafeSport Training. If you do not show up on the report, check back on Mondays and Saturdays for an updated report.

4. Complete your background screening and/or SafeSport Training, if you need to.
